Welcome to Unleavened, where every baked good is made with love, purpose, and a mission to bring hope and light. Rooted in faith, our heart is ministry-driven, offering handcrafted breads and baked goods to nourish both the body and soul.
In partnership with RayRay’s Sweet Shop, we are proud to continue offering our signature gourmet treats on sticks, alongside our artisan breads and ministry-centered offerings. From sweet indulgences to life-giving loaves, everything we create is made with care and intention.
At Unleavened, the name is more than a nod to the bread I bake; it’s a declaration of God’s redemption in my life. In the Bible, unleavened bread represents purity, deliverance, and a new beginning. Just as leaven was removed from the Israelites’ homes during the Passover, God removed the weight of sin, shame, and brokenness from my heart and replaced it with freedom, purpose, and peace. This ministry is a reflection of that freedom—a life made new and offered back to Him to serve others with the gifts He has given me. Through this, I aim to bring hope, joy, and the Bread of Life to those who are hungry for truth and healing.
Whenever possible, leftover loaves and sweets are donated to bless those in need in our surrounding communities, ensuring that every bite serves a greater purpose. Thank you for supporting this heartfelt journey—your order is part of a story of faith, kindness, and giving back.

Pickup and drop-off details
Thursday: Lakeside pick-up/Coldwater: 12–8 PM at [556 Lake Drive] Fridays: Hillsdale Drop-Off: 4-6 PM location details provided upon order confirmation. Saturdays: Pick-up: 12–5 PM May–November, Shed #1 @ Downtown Quincy Market 1858 Shed Village OR Lakeside pick-up [556 Lake Drive] Ordering Guidelines: For sourdough breads and sourdough baked goods, orders must be placed at least 3 days ahead- *by Monday for Thursday pick-up *by Tuesday for Friday drop-off *by Wednesday for Saturday pick-up To ensure you get the freshest sourdough and baked goods, please place your orders in advance! **For custom cakes, cupcakes, or gourmet treats on sticks, please allow 1–2 weeks lead time to confirm your order and ensure we have all the ingredients needed.** Thank you for planning ahead and supporting handmade, quality baked goods!
