Welcome to Unleavened—where every baked good is made with love, intention, and a mission to bring hope and light.
Rooted in faith, our heart is ministry-driven, offering handcrafted artisan breads and sweet treats designed to nourish both the body and the soul.
In partnership with RayRay’s Sweet Shop, we’re proud to continue serving up our signature gourmet treats on sticks alongside fresh sourdough, cinnamon buns, and other heartfelt creations. From indulgent desserts to life-giving loaves, everything is made by hand—with care, prayer, and purpose.
But Unleavened isn’t just a name—it’s a testimony.
In the Bible, unleavened bread represents purity, deliverance, and new beginnings. During Passover, God instructed His people to remove the leaven from their homes—a symbol of leaving behind bondage and stepping into freedom.
And that’s exactly what He did for me.
He removed the weight of shame, addiction, trauma, and striving—and gave me freedom, identity, and peace. What once was broken is now whole. What once was heavy is now light. This ministry, and every loaf I bake, is a reflection of that transformation.
Through Unleavened, my mission is simple:
To feed people—physically and spiritually.
To create with love.
To serve with joy.
And to remind the weary that Jesus is still the Bread of Life.
Whenever possible, leftover loaves and sweets are donated to bless those in need in our surrounding communities—because nothing made in love should go to waste.

Pickup and drop-off details
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Schedule You can place orders anytime! We bake fresh weekly and offer a few ways to get your goodies: 🛍 Quincy Market Pick-Up (May–November): • Fridays from 12–5 PM • Saturdays from 9 AM–2 PM Located at Shed #1 at the Downtown Quincy Market 1858 Shed Village 🏡 Coldwater Lakeside Pick-Up: • Available most days by appointment • Exact address will be shared with confirmed order 🚗 Hillsdale Delivery (as arranged): If you're in the Hillsdale area, we’re happy to coordinate a drop-off when we're heading that way. Just reach out and we’ll make it work! --- Ordering Guidelines To keep everything fresh and made-to-order, please place your order at least 3 days ahead of your pick-up or delivery: Order by Monday for Friday or Saturday market pick-up Order by Tuesday for Coldwater pick-up Order by Wednesday for Hillsdale delivery 🎂 For custom cakes, cupcakes, or gourmet treats on sticks: Please allow 1–2 weeks to confirm your order and gather ingredients. --- Thank you for planning ahead and supporting small-batch, handmade goodness!
