*ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 12PM* *PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT WHEN PICKING UP.* You are responsible for damages to any order once it has left our premises. Once an order has been picked up by you or your designated party it is considered "ACCEPTED". Orders Not Picked Up During The Pick Up Time Will Have a LATE FEE!

****10 Min Grace Period**** A $20.00 late fee will be charged for any order not picked up within (30) minutes of your scheduled appointment time, unless prior arrangements have been made. The following fee's rate will be charged after (30) minutes: $10.00/ Hour

***If an order needs to be cancelled, all payments/deposits that have been made are NON-REFUNDABLE . *** However, payments/deposits that have been made on a cancelled order can be used towards future order as a CREDIT. (Credit Apply Only If cancelled “2 WEEKS” Prior To Order Date!) The CREDIT must be used within 30 DAYS of the original order event date. Credits can not be transferred to other customers or used towards promotion or orders already placed.
