Order Policies Thank you for choosing Two Sweet Cakes & Treats! I am honored to be a part of your special celebration and strive to provide beautiful, delicious baked goods that exceed your expectations. Custom Orders I am happy to discuss custom flavors, color schemes, and design ideas to create something unique for your event. Please send inspiration photos when inquiring about a custom order so I can better understand your vision. While I do not replicate another artist’s work exactly, inspiration photos can be used as a guide to create a design tailored to your needs. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required at the time an order is placed to reserve your date on my calendar. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery. Deposits that are paid cannot be refunded, as much of an initial deposit goes towards special ingredients and equipment/orders used to create your design I.e. flowers, stencils, cutters, etc. Delivery A flat delivery fee of $10 applies to locations within 10 minutes of my location. Deliveries beyond 10 minutes will be subject to an additional fee based on travel distance and time. For the safety and quality of the finished product, cakes that are more than four layers tall or contain multiple tiers must be delivered by Two Sweet Cakes & Treats. If you have something specific in mind that is not listed, feel free to inquire about a custom creation. Refund Policy Due to the perishable nature of baked goods and the time invested in creating custom orders, all sales are final. Refunds are not available.
