Go through the tabs on the upper right side of the main page, add your products to the cart. Make sure you answer any question prompts & if you have a special request add that into the notes. This form is an ORDER REQUEST, it has to then be approved by me. Once approved an invoice will be sent to your email provided. Invoice needs to be paid asap before we can start working on your order. When will my order be ready?
Cookies take 4-5 business days to process. Any custom orders or party orders we need 2 weeks in advance notice.
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellations / no refunds. If your party date changes we will gladly apply the credit paid towards your new date.
Where is pickup?
To pickup local orders you can use zip code 12569 for reference. Items can also be arranged to pickup at any of our monthly pop up locations which is posted on all of our social media. As a third option we also ship within NYS.
