Sourdough bread keeps well for about 3–5 days at a moderate room temperature (64–68°F). If you don’t plan to finish it within that time, I recommend slicing and freezing it to maintain freshness.

At this time, I do not offer custom orders. I only bake the items listed on my menu. As I continue learning and growing, I may expand the menu in the future — but for now, I keep things simple so I can maintain consistency and quality.
