Delivery is available upon request, but we do charge a $5 delivery fee plus a $.70 per mile rate if you are outside a 5 mile radius from our home. Since we are a small business, this helps to cover the cost of gas, wear and tear on our vehicles, and our time spent delivering your product safely to you.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We ask that all orders are placed 7 days before the day you need them. This allows us time to prepare ingredients, plan your order, and make sure all the details are perfect before we start preparing your order. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability but may be subject to additional fees
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Orders are fully customizable to customer preference! Just make an inquiry, and we will let you know if it is something we can make happen for you! Submit inspiration photos, tell us your theme/colors, and any other relevant details about your order so we can make everything perfect!
What is your cancellation policy?
If the customer cancels an order for any reason, the 50% deposit will be retained and is non-refundable except under extenuating circumstances.
Once work has begun, supplies have been purchased, or preparation has started, refunds will not be issued.
If the order has already been completed as quoted and invoiced, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. The customer may either:
Pay the remaining balance and take possession of the products, or
Decline the products and leave them with us at no additional cost.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all orders. This will be made towards your total order amount at the time of order placement, and the other 50% will be paid at time of pickup.
