Bread orders vary, but the general rule is 3 days.
The Artisan Sourdough is long fermented, so it needs 36-48 hours from mixing to baking time
Ex. Mixed Monday night. Shaped Tuesday morning. Baked Wednesday or Thursday based on schedule and time for order.
Country Sourdough takes 24 hours to create the starter. Once mixed the bread can be baked within 24 hours.
Starter made Monday morning. Bread mixed Tuesday morning.
Bread can be baked Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning depending on schedule and type of bread (loaves vs rolls)
All bread needs 2 hours to properly cool before I can slice it, or it will tear.
How long for Cake orders
I generally require 1 weeks notice on basic cakes.
2 - 3 weeks on special cakes that have multiple tiers or require special decorations.
Cupcakes I need 48-72 hours notice.
