Hello and thank you for your support. I am stay at home Mom in Central Oregon with a love for baking bread and hope to share it with all of you! I am using a 100 year old starter and my bread starts with 4 ingredients. I try to source all my ingredients Local, Organic and NON GMO. Ingredients are as follows: Sourdough starter (Wild Yeast, Bacteria, Organic All Purpose Flour & Water), King Arthur NON GMO Bread Flour, Water, Sea Salt and Rice Flour (for dusting)
