‼️Please read the following before placing an order‼️

🚗PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE DURING PICKUP🚗

1) 50% non-refundable deposit required when booking to confirm order.

- Remainder is to be paid the day prior to pick up/delivery. If paying cash, remainder is to be paid at the time of pick up.

2) Orders must be placed with a minimum of 3-5 days notice. No same day orders !!!! Any orders placed (CONFIRMED) in less than the required days will be charged with a rush fee.

24 hour notice/ $25.00 rush fee

48 hour notice/ $20.00 rush fee

72 hours notice/ $15.00 rush fee

‼️PARTY BUNDLES / MINIMUM of a 7 day notice. ‼️

3) Tucsons Sweetest Treats is NOT responsible for any orders once they have been picked up/delivered

4) Be on time to pick up order! Late fee of $15 is added to your remaining balance 45 minutes after confirmed pick up time.

Change of date will have a 10% fee of the order total you had if changing within a week of first order made . There will be a nonrefundable deposit/ no refunds policy unless order is not provided/cancelled by Tucson's Sweetest Treats.
