• 50% Non-Refundable Deposit due to confirm order

• Cart Rentals preferred to be placed at least 2 weeks prior to event

• Cake Bar Cart is a minimum of 30 cakes

• Delivery Fee starting at $5 and up

• Tucson Seats & Treats LLC is not responsible for any treats after pick up or delivery. NO REFUNDS will be given once in the customers care.
