Typically at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure I have availability and can complete your order in a timely fashion. If a last minute order is needed a late order fee of $20 will be charged.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes! I required a 50% non-refundable deposit when placing your order to secure your space in my books! The other 50% is generally paid 24-48 hours before due date.
What happens if I’m not happy with my order?
If you are not happy with your order or you believe it does not look like what you asked for I am super sorry! And if this happens please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can work on getting you a partial refund or credit towards your next order!
Do you deliver?
Yes! I do delivery for $15 if you are within 50 miles of Ithaca and if you are further it is an additional $.50/ mile!
