You can place an order by filling out our online order form or sending an inquiry through our website. Please note that all orders require at least 3 days’ notice unless otherwise stated.
Do you require a deposit?
• Custom cakes and cupcakes: A signed contract and deposit are required.
• All other baked goods: Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Stripe for Card payments, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
Do you give refunds?
We do not provide refunds.
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. Because each dessert is made to order, the time, ingredients, and preparation involved cannot be reversed.
Deposits for custom orders and payments for standard items are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation.
We appreciate your support and understanding as we put great care into every bake.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, all orders are pickup only, unless otherwise arranged.
Do you make gluten-free or allergy-friendly desserts?
We occasionally offer gluten-free options, but our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility. We cannot guarantee cross-contamination with nuts, dairy, or gluten.
Do you take last-minute orders?
Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us directly.
How should I store my desserts?
Upon arrival, please refrigerate your desserts if they are not being enjoyed right away. This helps maintain freshness and ensures the best flavor.
How long will my desserts last?
Our desserts are best enjoyed within 2–3 days of pickup or delivery. We cannot guarantee quality or freshness beyond that timeframe.
Who is responsible for the desserts after pickup or delivery?
Once your order has left T’s Cake Craze or has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for the condition of your desserts. Please handle and store them with care to maintain quality.
Where are you located?
T’s Cake Craze is a home-based bakery located in Kissimmee, Florida. Pickup address will be provided upon order confirmation.
