No, I do not work with whipped frosting because it is not ideal for humid conditions. All of my cakes are finished with mock swiss meringue buttercream, which offers a light creamy flavor similar to melted vanilla ice cream.
Do you deliver outside of Gilroy,CA?
Yes, I do deliver outside of Gilroy. A delivery fee applies and is based on distance.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders require minimum of five days notice! Large or custom orders require at least one week’s notice.
