- Rush fees are automatically added if less than 4 days notice
- 30% of total would be a considered a REFUND if the order was already made.
- 30 Minute grace period after your pickup time. Anytime after would be a $15 fee! Be on time please.
- Treats By Gen is not responsible for any damages that could occur to your order after it leaves my home.
