For locations up to 20 miles outside these areas, delivery is $25. Beyond that, it’s an additional $3 per mile. Q: Do you ship your treats? At this time, we only offer local pickup and delivery — no shipping. Q: Is there a minimum order? Yes Most custom treats require a minimum of 1 dozen per flavor/type. Q: Do you offer allergy-friendly options? Some treats can be made nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free upon request. However, please note we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Q: How do payments work? A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 days before your pickup date. Q: Can I make changes to my order? Once your order is placed, major design or theme changes can’t be guaranteed.
