We recommend placing your order at least 7 days in advance for standard cupcakes and 2–3 weeks in advance for specialty or large custom orders. Orders requested within 7 days of the pickup or event date may be considered rush orders and are subject to availability and an additional rush fee.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment is due before pickup.

Yes! You can choose cake flavors, frosting flavors, frosting colors, and add-ons like candles, toppers, or mini cupcakes. Specialty cupcakes with stuffed centers or themed designs are also available.

Traditional Cupcakes: 1 dozen minimum Mini Cupcakes: 4 dozen minimum Specialty Cupcakes: 1 dozen minimum (starting price $36/dozen)

Cupcakes are best stored in a cool, dry place. For buttercream-topped cupcakes, refrigeration is recommended if not consumed within 24 hours. You can freeze cupcakes to maintain freshness. Let cupcakes come to room temperature before serving.

Yes! You can add a custom note or a decorative floral pick with your message to your bouquet or order.

We do our best to accommodate changes if requested at least 72 hours before pickup. After that, we may not be able to adjust your order.

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before pickup may apply the deposit to a future order within one year. Cancellations made within 72 hours of pickup are not eligible to transfer the deposit, as ingredients are already purchased and preparation has begun.
