Hi, I'm Jessi, the baker behind Torte & Truffle. I have been creating custom cakes professionally since 2021. Nutritionist by day, and cake baker by night... like a werewolf but less scary. I am the mom of two, and the wife of one. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

📌 Where you can find me.

I am located in Cedar Hill, Missouri. Just a hop and skip from Northwest High School.

🏡 That means everything is made to order and you will be stopping by to pick up any orders you place. Since I don't own a storefront, you'll find that averything I bake is made-to-order specifically for your event.

📌What I bake.

I'm most known for my delicious custom-decorated cakes with fun designs and hand-made toppers, but sometimes I will be known to whip up some scrumptious drop cookies.

📌When should you place an order?

Placing an order sooner rather than later will guarantee you a spot on my calendar. I don't bake full time, so my order spots fill up fast. At a minimum, orders should be placed 2 weeks prior to party day!
