Why is a deposit required?
The deposit is required due to most orders being custom orders. The deposit allows for all the necessary materials needed to be ordered/purchased and ready to complete your order within the time frame for pickup.
What time can I pick up my order?
Pickups begin at 10am and end at 5:00pm.
How do I store my Cake?
Top Tier Creations recommends storing buttercream cakes in the refrigerator until ready to consume. The cake can be removed from the refrigerator 30mins prior to cutting. Fondant cakes can be stored at room temperature but storing in the refrigerator is recommended for optimum quality
