I am a Home Bakery, Cottage Food, City & State Licensed here in Dothan, AL.

Creating Treats to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Everyday Needs, Holiday Needs, Birthday, Anniversary Needs, Church Needs and Just because you need.

All baked goods are baked according to the Alabama Cottage Food Laws.

My kitchen may contain allergens and cross contamination COULD occur.

We do not offer gluten free, sugar free or vegan options at this time, however, I can happily help you by referring you to a baker that does.

Some baked goods may contain Sprinkles as decoration. If you wish to not have sprinkles on your desserts, please indicate that in your ordering notes. If you feel your teeth are too fragile, please do not consume, as I the baker nor Tooshort’s Sweet Treats LLC are not liable for chipped or broken teeth.

Once the Client is in possession of the baked goods, Tooshort’s Sweet Treats LLC. Nor the owner/baker is no longer responsible for the handling or care of the baked goods.

Baked goods can be frozen for up to 6 months, refrigerated up to 7 days, or at room temp for 3 to 5 days.

Pricing Varies on Design Complexity - meaning extra nuts, 2 or more different colors of chocolate, added designs, extra items etc.

Please specify your needs in the note section. I will add pricing as needed.

50% of a Non refundable deposit due within 24 hours of ordering.

No items will be made or started until a deposit has been made.

Pick up Address will be provided on your invoice.

For All orders Final/Full Payment due prior to pickup.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS unless something is wrong on my end or tragedy proven on your end.

Any Party Arrangements must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance and paid in full 1 week before your desired due date.
