About
Hello! Welcome to my little bake shop where I share my love for baking. I have enjoyed baking for my family and friends for years and now I'm sharing that love with you! As an avid baker who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in February of 2025 I decided to open my own cottage artisan bakery specializing in gluten-free baked goods. "Tonya's Little Bake Shop" was started in September of 2025 to provide others in my area an opportunity to enjoy quality gluten-free products that can be hard to find!
Disclaimer: Please note that as a person with diagnosed Celiac Disease I know how important it is to avoid cross-contamination. I have a dedicated oven, cooking and baking utensils, dishes, and ingredients for all of my gluten-free products. I currently only offer two gluten containing items: my dinner rolls and buttermilk biscuits. Those items are prepared on an alternate day and baked in a separate oven. Please be aware that my gluten-free items are prepared in a "gluten-friendly" kitchen when placing orders.
All orders are made locally and picked up in Nebo NC. We do not ship at this time!
Capabilities & Pricing
Weekly orders will be accepted on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for each order to be completed. Orders will be ready for pick-up on:
Thursdays:
8:00 AM to 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Fridays:
8:00 AM to 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Saturdays:
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
* If these times do not work for you then you can request an alternate pick-up time during your ordering process. I will do my best to work with you. Pick-up confirmation and designated location will be sent with your invoice.
Any order(s) received after Tuesday will be added to the following week's orders.
If there is something that you are looking for but can't find send me a message and I will see what I can do!
All orders will be confirmed via email, phone call, or text.

Please Note:
Any orders over $50.00 will require a 50% deposit. If orders are not cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order there will be no refund. If orders are not picked up within 48 hours after designated pickup time there will be no refund issued.
Once orders have been sent, received, and approved I will begin baking that order within 72 hours from the scheduled pick-up time. If the items are not picked up in a timely manner I will need to discard those items leading to loss of inventory, materials, and time spent on baking and preparing those items. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. Once items have been picked up from the designated location there will be no refunds issued.
