Hello and welcome to Toke Eo Confections. After retiring from a fulfilling career in the United States Army, the embarkment of a lifelong passion for baking and pastry making, encapsulated a dedication akin to military service. Delving into the art of pastry making and attending a renowned culinary school honed skills as a Pastry Chef. Discipline and precision greatly influenced an approach to baking, thus allowing the creativity of gourmet confections that blend the sophistication of professional pastry making. The warmth and authenticity of homemade baking offers a unique culinary experience resonating with the nostalgic comforting flavors of home, while introducing innovative and exquisite pastry delights. This new chapter is not just about baking; it's about sharing stories, crafting memorable moments, and bringing joy through each meticulously prepared treat.

*1/2 dozen minimum order for all cookies.

*Gummy Bears are made to order and take 48 - 72 hours for curing. Three days will be added to the expected delivery date.

*Full payment is required at the time of order.

*Prices vary based on product and are subject to change without warning.

* Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for orders that have not been locally delivered after 24hrs from completion. We do not use preservatives.

*Rush orders will be charged an additional $25. (1 week or less)

*All cookie portion sizes are 1 oz scoops.
