Cake And Treat Disclosure/Care Instructions

-Please take cake and treats home after picking up. Take cake out 2 hours prior to start of event. So cake can come to room temperature! -Don’t leave you cake in a hot car! Icing will melt in extremely hot conditions! -when transporting your cake make sure it’s on a flat surface. Drive with caution! -Once your cake leave my hands ALL LIABILITY IS ON YOU! - REPEAT ONCE THE CAKE LEAVE MY HANDS ALL LIABILITY IS ON YOU! -we do deliver on Saturday if pickup isn’t an option for you - delivery fee is $15.00!

Refund/Credit/payments

-Deposit are 25% of your order and are NON REFUNDABLE! -We do not do refunds! We will give you a credit for the cancelled order! -Your credit can be used up to one year from cancellation date! -If you need to cancel order please make us aware immediately! -Only cash refunds are given if there is an issue on our end! Ex: baker is sick and has to cancel! Order was canceled due to baker emergencies! -We take all forms of payment except CHECKS!!! -if you aren’t sure about you event date please just pay the deposit only!

ALL TREATS ARE ORDERD Per dozen! Ex:cakes pops quantities of 12 =1 dozen Cupcakes= 12=1 dozen We don’t do add quantities of 18 or 20! It’s per dozen!

REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your cake or treats please save your items and I’ll retrieve them from you! ASAP call me immediately and leave a message! Please don’t throw it away if you’re requesting a refund!
