How can I join a sourdough, cake or cookie class?
Make sure you are following us @Tinyjoybakery on socials. The classes fill up fast!
OR reach out through the offerings page and schedule a class at the location of your choice.
Classes can be scheduled for birthdays or community events.
Can I pay for my full invoice when I place my order?
Absolutely! You will receive an invoice showing the full amount. You can either pay just the 50% deposit or you can pay the full amount so you don’t have to worry about it later. The full invoice amount is due 1 week before pickup/delivery.
Do you offer gluten free items?
Yes and no 🫠
While I have gluten free recipes this is NOT a gluten free bakery. I instead use the term “gluten friendly” as the recipes do not have wheat in them but may contain traces of gluten. I prepare these items first in my baking day, use separate mixing bowls and make sure the oven has been wiped out before.
I hope this helps! If you are looking for a dedicated gluten free bakery there are several on the north shore!
How long will my cake last?
At room temperature your cake is technically safe for a week but it would be very stale so here are some tips to help you keep it tasting fresh!
Once you cut your cake for your celebration:
1. Slice the remaining cake into portions and wrap in plastic wrap or parchment paper.
2. Place in a Tupperware or plastic bag and freeze.
3. When you are ready to eat it, remove a slice and let come to room temperature.
Cake can be stored frozen for up to 3 months (if wrapped!).
