I ordered two dozen Halloween cookies for a party and everyone loved them! The packaging was so cute and I was able to customize the cookie designs. Gina makes the most beautiful decorated treats for your very special occasion! And they taste out-of-this-world good! She was a joy to work with throughout the process: from tasting and picking flavors, to meeting with the bride and mom, to working with an addition to the order, to packaging for a long drive to the venue, to mmmm very satisfied and impressed guests. Gina really listened to the bride’s ideas for the vibe she wanted for her non-traditional wedding cake and cupcakes; Gina “got it” and designed gorgeous cakes for the woodsy-forest look this bride wanted. We were all amazed and so happy! Also, the cake and cupcakes were packed so well to survive the drive. Absolutely 100% get Gina of tigersbakingco to make your delicious baked goods!

I recently hosted a bridesmaid brunch for my niece. I decided to go with a Breakfast at Tiffany’s theme. I sent Gina some Pinterest pictures as an example but told her to do what she wanted. She did amazing cookies and Petit Four’s. Everything was delicious and so beautiful that I used them as part of the decor. I had been to other events where her cookies were served so I already knew she was the best. Can’t wait to have another occasion to hire her for the desserts.

The ordering process was simple, and Gina asked follow-up questions via text to make sure the brownies were exactly the way I wanted them. They were ready even before the time I needed them, and they were so so so so delicious! I ordered them to take to a party, but I kept a few back for my own personal use. 😋 I have tasted many of her baked goods, and they have all been both delicious and beautiful. Highest quality. Highly recommended.

Gina did a great job on our "Guitar Cake." Detailed with strings and fret board, it even had the Fender logo. I had a Star Wars Yoda cake made once as well by Gina. Both were imaginative, detailed, and delicious.

As someone who isn’t normally a huge fan of cake (I usually find frosting a little too sweet for me), I was so happy with how amazingly well-balanced these cupcakes were! The icing had just the right amount of sweetness and was super soft and pillowy, and the chocolate cake was moist and decadent. The decorations were exactly within the theme I requested; the color palette was pretty and the little sea creatures were super fun. 10/10 would recommend!! Thanks Gina! :)
