Where and how do I pick up my order?
Items can be picked up at my home address, in the suburbs of Wilmington, DE. I request you send a text when you arrive and I'll bring the order out to you. The address will be provided during the ordering process.
What's the best way to transport my cake?
On a flat surface, in a cool car. Cakes are extremely sensitive to elevated temperatures and sudden jerks. Easy driving is necessary when there is precious cargo onboard. Do not sit your cake on a seat. They are tilted and will cause the cake to slide or tip over. The floor of the car or the trunk is best.
Does my cake need to go in the fridge?
The cake should go into the fridge until 2-3 hours before consuming. The cake will taste is best after having time to come down to room temperature. Leftovers can be refrigerated and enjoyed for 3 days.
Can I pick up my cake days in advance?
It's not recommended that you pick up any sooner than 1-2 days before your event, depending on the order. Texture and colors can change in different temperatures and with time, altering the experience.
