TERMS OF SERVICE Thank you for choosing Three Measuring Cups! Please review the following which represent the agreement between ThreeMeasuring Cups and the customer. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS IN FULL Please review your invoice, the date, the dessert flavors, fillings, size, design theme/style, and any attachments including inspiration photos. These details note the final decision made between ThreeMeasuringCups and customer for the order. If, for any reason, you do not agree to any of the details noted in the invoice prior to payment, you are welcome to decline the order by sending an email to threemeasuringcups@yahoo.com Orders cancelled after payment has been made are subject to the terms below. Your payment serves as a signature & agreement to these terms. CANCELLED, POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED ORDERS In the event that a customer chooses to cancel their order, 100% of the deposit will be considered forfeited and is not valid towards another date (Rescheduling) Additionally, after the deposit is paid, no changes of any kind, including but not limited to date changes, inclement weather/pandemics, or order details, are permitted. RETAINER & FINAL PAYMENT RETAINER A 50% non-refundable retainer is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent in order to secure the order date. Orders will not be confirmed & added to Three Measuring Cups until the retainer is paid in order to allow all interested customers a chance to book. Your order will be cancelled & your date may become unavailable in the event your retainer is not received within 24 hours. FINAL PAYMENT Final payment for your order is due no later than I week before pickup or delivery and 2 weeks before for all wedding orders. REFUNDS & DISCLAIMER NO REFUNDS In no event shall Three Measuring Cups be required to refund any payment charged for any order. DISCLAIMER Three Measuring Cups products may contain & come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy & other allergens. If any of your guests have allergies, it is your responsibility to notify them of the risk & any possible allergens. Please leave note on order form, Text or email threemeasuringcups@yahoo.com if you would like to decline any particular decorations on your order. PACKAGING & CAKE CARE Three Measuring Cups will notify you of care instructions prior to or during pickup or delivery. You are responsible for providing a level surface & suitable environment for your desserts. We strongly advise against placing your desserts outdoors or in direct sunlight. Three Measuring Cups is not responsible for any damages to your order due to outside elements. PACKAGING Your desserts will always be packaged appropriately and secure for travel. It is best to place your desserts on a flat surface such as the floor of the car or trunk. Your desserts should never be placed on the seat of the car. LIABILITY & CHANGES LIABILITY Three Measuring Cups is not liable for any damage that may arise related to your desserts once your order has been picked up or delivered. BURN AWAY CAKES THREE MEASURING CUPS, is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from accidents, including burns, related to the cake provided. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries sustained by individuals, damage to personal property, or any other unforeseen incidents. Clients and event attendees are advised to exercise caution when handling and displaying the cake. It is the responsibility of the client and event organizers to ensure a safe environment for the cake, its placement, and any associated activities. By entering into this contract, the client acknowledges and accepts that THREE MEASURING CUPS is not responsible for any accidents or damages arising from the consumption, handling, or display of the cake. CHANGES It is your responsibility to thoroughly review all details of your order prior to payment. If Three Measuring Cups is not notified of any changes to be made prior to submitting final payment, we will assume your agreement and move forward with fulfilling the order according to the invoice details. SERVINGS & DECOR Servings There serving size noted on the order form is based on personal research. Three Measuring Cups is not responsible for cake serving shortage. INEDIBLE DECOR Silk flight orals, support dowels, & any other inedible decor products are to be removed from your order prior to consumption. You acknowledge that these are not food products and may be harmful if consumed. LATE FEES I acknowledge and agree that I will have to pay a $25 late fee if I arrive past the 15 minutes grace period I am given after my set pickup time. This goes for all orders, please choose a time you can commit too. Three Measuring Cups understands that life happens and some events are uncontrollable. Therefore communication is very important! Please respect your time and mine. Three Measuring Cups is very specific with timing and needs to stay on specific routine. Each business day is planned around each individuals set pickup time that is placed on their invoice. DELIVERY & PICK UPS DELIVERIES The delivery option is available for orders $250 & up subtotal only if the time & date is available. Delivery fee will be calculated by delivery address milage/drive time there and back. PICK UPS It is important that you come at your set pickup time that is on your invoice.. When you arrive for pickup please call/message the number on your invoice and state that you have arrived for pickup. Our address can be found on your invoice.
