Three Bites Bakery is a St. Joe, MI cottage food bakery specializing in fresh-baked cookies, cookie cakes, cinnamon rolls, and homemade breads.
What started as a love for baking has grown into a small, community-centered bakery inspired by my three kids and, of course, the three bites it takes to fall in love with a really good cookie.
From our classic brown butter chocolate chip cookie to our fan favorite brown butter white chocolate raspberry, everything is baked in small batches with quality ingredients and lots of care.
You’ll find a rotating selection of cookies and seasonal treats at our self-serve farmstand, along with cinnamon rolls, focaccia, sourdough breads, danishes, cookie cakes, and more. Our menu changes often because I love creating new flavors and bringing back the ones you all can’t get enough of.
