Katrina, the owner and baker of This & That Bakery Custom Cakes and Treats, made an amazing wedding cake for my nephew and his bride. White cake with chocolate ganache filling and a champagne buttercream frosting. So moist and delicious. Everyone raved about how good it was. She is a delight to work with. She worked hard to make our vision a reality. Thank you Katrina for the awesome cake.

I ordered 2 dozen dinosaur shaped cookies for my grandson's birthday party. This and That Bakery made exactly what I wanted and my grandkids loved them! They were delicious, and the bakery was able to make the designs I saw on Pinterest...definitely glad I shopped local!

The Cookies are absolutely delightful and more then I could have asked for! They flowed beautifully with the cards I made for the animal tracks, and the customer service was truly cooperative and lighthearted. I would highly recommend for any assortment of sugar cookie orders, as the execution was stellar!!
