✨Allergen Notice✨

Please be aware that all products are made in a kitchen that may come into contact with milk, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Clients with allergies or sensitivities acknowledge that they order and consume products at their own risk.

The Sweet Spot 901 is not liable for any health-related issues resulting from the consumption of our products by the client or their guests.

✨Retainer Fee✨

A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee of the total order is required to secure your date.

Your retainer fee reserves your date exclusively once secured, no other orders will be booked for that time.

✨Final Balance✨

All remaining balances are due 7 days prior to pickup or delivery.

📌Please note: no payment reminders will be sent. If your final balance is not received by the due date, your order will be canceled and not fulfilled.📌

✨Last-Minute Orders✨

Any order placed within 7 days of the pickup or delivery date must be paid in full at booking and will incur a 20% rush fee added to the total balance.

✨Refund Policy✨

There is a strict no-refund policy, unless the fault is determined to be on the part of the baker.

If a partial refund (50%) is approved, all items must be returned in their original condition.

If creative freedom is granted and you are unsatisfied with the final design, no refund will be issued.

✨Responsibility After Pickup/Delivery✨

Once your order has left The Sweet Spot 901 premises or has been delivered to the venue, The Sweet Spot 901 is no longer responsible for any damages, including those caused by temperature changes, handling, or transport.

✨Order Communication✨

For accuracy and consistency, only the client who placed and paid for the order will be authorized to make changes or discuss order details.

✨Quotes & Invoices✨

Because pricing may vary based on desigdesign, ingredient costs, and availability:

•Quotes are valid for 24 hours.

•Invoices are valid for 24 hours and must be paid within that time.

•Unpaid invoices will be automatically canceled, and new pricing may apply unless prior written communication is made.

✨Acknowledgment✨

Payment of the retainer fee serves as confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
