🪄 The pick up location is in Auburn at the University Crossing Shopping Center (beside McAlister’s) unless specified otherwise. 🪄 Prompt pick up at the specified time and location is expected. I will not be able to wait any longer than twenty minutes past the scheduled time. No refunds will be issued for orders that are not picked up. 🪄 Delivery is available as long as my schedule permits. If the drop off location is greater than five miles from me, a delivery fee of $0.50 per mile round-trip will be added.

TRAVELING WITH AN ORDER: When traveling with an order, it is very important to follow best handling practices to ensure your items do not get damaged. The Wizard’s Whisk is not responsible for items damaged once an order has been picked up or dropped off. 🪄 Your vehicle must have a FLAT SURFACE to place your order such as an SUV hatch or floor board. Do not store your order in the seat of your vehicle. It is not best practice to hold your order in your lap, either. 🪄 Your vehicle must have working AIR CONDITIONING. While traveling with your order, you need to keep your vehicle as cold as possible to prevent the order from getting warm which can destroy its integrity. 🪄 Drive with CAUTION and keep distance between yourself and other drivers. Avoid any sudden stops or rough areas in the road. PROPER HANDLING UNTIL SERVING: Layered cakes should be refrigerated until about two hours prior to serving to ensure freshness and integrity. Serve at room temperature. Cookie cakes, cupcakes, and sweet rolls can be stored at room temperature for a few hours unless otherwise specified (more storage info below). Do NOT store any item in your order in heat or direct sunlight. Keep your order in a cool, air conditioned room. STORING LEFTOVERS: To get the most life out of your order, here are tips for keeping items fresh. 🪄 Cake: Slice the remainder of your cake into individual servings. Wrap each slice tightly in plastic wrap. Put the wrapped slices in a freezer bag (or double wrap in plastic). Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or the freezer for up to two months. Take out a slice and allow it to come to room temperature then enjoy. 🪄 Cupcakes, Mini Cakes, and Cake Pops: Store these items in an airtight container for one day at room temperature, up to a week in the refrigerator, or up to two months in the freezer. Allow your treat to come to room temperature then enjoy. 🪄 Sweet Rolls: Store cinnamon rolls in an airtight container for up to two days at room temperature, up to a week in the refrigerator, or up to a month in the freezer. For rolls with a fruit filling, store in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator or up to a month in the freezer. You can also separate your rolls individually, but double wrap them in plastic wrap. Let the rolls come to room temperature then microwave for about thirty seconds to reheat.
