About
Hi, I’m Kaleigh — the baker behind The Wild Crumb. What began as a love for sourdough has grown into a small-batch bakery in East Texas. I handcraft breads and sweet bakes with simple ingredients, lots of care, and a touch of creativity. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m a full-time mom and teacher, but baking is my way of slowing down and sharing comfort with my community.
