A Few Wicked Rules 🚗 Delivery We don’t deliver (yet!) — all orders are pickup only at the agreed time and place. 📩 Orders & Invoices After you order, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm details and send your invoice. 💸 Deposits A deposit is required within 24 hours to hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable (thank you for understanding!). Remaining balance is due at pickup. ⏰ Pickups Please arrive on time for pickup. We can’t always hold items past your scheduled time, and abandoned desserts make us sad. 📝 Changes & Cancellations Changes must be made at least 5 days in advance. Once we’ve started baking or purchased supplies, changes aren’t possible. Cancelations forfeit your deposit. 🎨 Designs We welcome your inspiration photos, but each creation is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Expect some sweet uniqueness! 🌰 Allergens Our kitchen works with common allergens (dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, soy). While we’re careful, cross-contact is possible. 📸 Photos We often photograph our treats to share online — because we’re proud of them (and you should be too!). ❤️ Kindness We’re a small business baking with love.
