Ordering & Payment All online orders are due in full at time of purchase. Custom orders & catering require a 50% non refundable deposit to confirm your order. Balance is due three (3) business days prior to delivery. Balances not paid risk order cancellation without recourse. See our ‘catering & statement cakes’ section in our pull down menu. The Twisted Bakerz accepts Zelle and major credit cards. Cash is only accepted at in person events. Lead Time Because The Twisted Bakerz is a made from scratch and to order cottage bakery we ask that you please allow two (2) days to complete standard online orders and a two (2) week minimum for event catering and statement cakes. This timeline allows for The Twisted Bakerz to do an in-depth client consultation, design period and ensures any needed decorative items, ingredients or equipment arrives in time. Refunds & Credits Refunds & credits are not guaranteed and any offered are at the sole discretion of The Twisted Bakerz. Any given are less the cost of ingredients, equipment & decorative items purchased. All ingredients, equipment & decorative items will remain the property of The Twisted Bakerz. No credits or refunds given will be in excess of the original cost. Cancellations & Reschedules While The Twisted Bakerz will work with its clients in these situations, cancellations, refunds and reschedules are not guaranteed. Please see ‘Refunds & Credits’ section for terms. Reschedules are subject to Twisted Bakerz availability and only apply to the original agreed upon design, flavors & scope of work. Liability The Twisted Bakerz can not be held liable or responsible for circumstances beyond its control that could impede order completion or delivery. Those circumstances include but are not limited to supply chain & third party vendor issues; health related concerns; weather conditions; traffic issues; municipality orders and law enforcement activity. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure proper handling & storage of product. The Twisted Bakerz can not be held liable or responsible for product damage after acceptance by client or client designee. Photos, Video & Marketing The Twisted Bakerz can use photography & video of the dessert making process and final product in its marketing without compensation or permission from client. Marketing might include, but not limited to, social media, blogs, articles, mailings and other advertising. We will never share identifying details about our clients with the public. Clients can not use The Twisted Bakerz work in their advertising or marketing without express permission from The Twisted Bakerz. Sharing our work on social media by the client should include credit to @twistedbakerz Allergens All Twisted Bakerz products are made in a kitchen and with equipment that has come into contact with gluten, wheat, dairy, soy and nuts. The Twisted Bakerz is transparent in its ingredient labeling. It is the responsibility of the client to share dietary restrictions and allergies as well as ensure our products are safe to eat. Curbside Pick-up & Delivery At this time Twisted Bakerz offers delivery only on catering and custom statement cakes. All other orders are subject to curbside pick up in Oakland Park. Orders not picked up or accepted at delivery are subject to cancellation without recourse.
