Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Artisan reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. Sometimes, things are out of our control.
Care and Handling
We are not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left our hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order.
Fulfillment
All fulfillment details will be worked out before purchase and are included in the total purchase price.
Photography and Marketing
We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion without compensation.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final.
Allergens
The product may come into contact with my shop-wide allergens, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.
Cancellation and Refunds
Orders must be cancelled at least 14 business days before the event to receive a partial refund. Deposits are not refundable. Refunds requested beyond the 14-day window will be subject to owner approval. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Allergens
All products are home produced and exempt from state licensing and inspection. These products may contain potential allergens.
Are macarons gluten-free?
Many macaron flavors are gluten-free. My kitchen is not gluten-free. This means I cannot guarantee the absence of trace contaminants for those with strict allergies.
Rush Orders
Please note that custom orders require a minimum of 2 weeks' lead time, while weddings and large events require a lead time of 6 weeks. Rush orders are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. It is important to note that rush orders are considered final sale.
Shipping
I do not ship macarons as it is not feasible to ensure their safe arrival, and the shipping costs exceed the amount that would be reasonable for my customers.
Can I order custom flavors?
Absolutely! Fulfillment is subject to ingredient availability, with a limit of 1 per 25 macarons. Additional Fees Apply.
Macaron Care
Store your macarons in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 7 days. Extend the shelf life of your macarons in the freezer for up to 3 months. To enjoy the macarons at their freshest, it's recommended to consume them within the first 3 days.
How do I eat macarons?
How do I eat macarons?
Your macarons should be taken out of the fridge 40 minutes before serving and best eaten at room temperature. Frozen macarons are best thawed in the fridge for 12- 24 hours before bringing to room temperature.
