At The Sweets Shoppe, every dessert is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following terms before placing an order. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are applied toward the total balance of your order. Final Payments For orders totaling over $100, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Orders not paid in full by the final payment deadline may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rush Orders Orders placed with less than 72 hours notice may be considered rush orders and are subject to an additional rush fee depending on availability. Order Changes Changes to an existing order must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date. While we do our best to accommodate requests, modifications are not guaranteed once production has begun. Cancellations All deposits are non-refundable as they reserve your date and preparation time. Cancellations made after final payment has been received may not be eligible for a refund. Pickup Policy Clients must arrive during their scheduled pickup window. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within the scheduled timeframe may require rescheduling or may be forfeited. Delivery Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and order size. Once an order has been delivered or picked up, The Sweets Shoppe is not responsible for damages caused during transport, setup, or storage. Design & Custom Orders All desserts are custom designed and handcrafted. While we aim to closely match inspiration photos, slight variations in color, design, and decoration may occur due to the artistic nature of baking. Storage & Care Cakes and desserts should be kept in a cool, dry environment and handled carefully. The Sweets Shoppe is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Allergen Disclaimer Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and other allergens. While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee that items are completely allergen-free.
