This is an order request and can be denied based on my availability. For all orders A 50% ( percent ) non- refundable deposit is required when you place your order to reserve your date. All orders under $50 must be paid in full. Your order will not be added to the calendar and the appointment availability may change if you do not secure your date with a deposit. All orders must be picked up or can be delivered for a $10 to $50 fee depending on cake size and location. If you need delivery, please schedule that when you place your order. All last minute deliveries are $25 and up depending on location. Final payment must be paid prior to delivery/pick up. All cakes will have vanilla cake and vanilla icing unless you request something different. CANCELLATION POLICY Deposits are non-refundable. I require at least a 2 week notice to cancel an order. All non-refundable deposits will be applied as credit to future orders. If you would like to cancel completely and not use the credit. There will be a 25% inconvenience fee plus the cost of supplies purchased for your specific order, will be deducted from your refund. If cancelled within 7 days of due date, You forfeit the entire value of your order. Cake care instructions will be provided to each customer. Before delivery for pick up. The Sweets Life will not be held liable for damages to cakes for Failure to follow these instructions.
