50% deposits for an order are non-refundable. If customer cancellation occurs, it is up to the discretion of the baker on whether or not the deposit may be used for a different date. ** If cancellation is done in a timely manner, the baker will discuss using the deposit for a new date. If cancellation is done after substantial preparation has already begun, your deposit will not be applicable to a new date. Under no circumstances will any/some of the 50% deposit be refunded due to a customer cancellation.
