Welcome to The Sweet Side! My name is Nicole, owner and self-taught baker. This hobby-turned-business was born in the thick of the pandemic, when my son needed a cake to celebrate his birthday at home, but we faced so many restrictions. So I did what moms do best: I decided to make it myself. Seeing that I was (then) formidable at it, my husband suggested I turn it into something more. So with a toddler and a baby, I embarked on a learning journey that’s brought us here and the rest is history.
