How far in advance should I place my order?
We kindly ask that all orders be placed at least 2 week in advance for detailed party packages and 3 days for all other orders to ensure availability and allow time for custom design and preparation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date and begin the design process. The remaining balance is one week before your pickup/delivery or shipment date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Zelle and Cash App. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule my order?
We understand that things come-up-here’s what to know if you need to cancel or reschedule your order.
- A non-refundable deposit (50% of your order total) is required to reserve your date and begin prep.
- This deposit covers initial costs, supplies, and ensures your spot on our calendar. Final payments are due one week before your event. If you cancel at least 72 hours before pickup/delivery or shipment, your final payment (minus the deposit) will be refunded. Cancellations made within the 72 hours of pickup/delivery or shipment are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date depending on availability. Please note: rescheduling within 72 hours may incur a fee.
Do your prices include customization?
Our prices reflect base rates.
Custom décor—such as edible images, themed accents, hand-tied bows, colored chocolate, acrylic sticks, or individual wrapping—may incur a small additional fee. Let us know your vision, and we’ll provide a personalized quote.
Can you match my event theme or colors?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom, themed treats. You’re welcome to send inspiration photos such as party decor, color palettes, or other design elements when you submit your order.
What kinds of treats do you offer?

Do you offer party favors?
Yes! We create personalized party favors such as water bottle labels, chip bags, favor tags, cups, and more. All items are themed and tailored to your event for a cohesive, branded look.
Do you ship treats and party favors?
Yes! We can ship any of our treats on the Dipped & Dripped menu as well as any party favors anywhere in the US.
