We loved our cake! It definitely exceeded our expectations for creativity, attention to detail, and wow factor. We described a theme and Melisa ran with it to create the most beautiful cake that brought the biggest smiles to our birthday boy! It was sturdy and in perfect condition after pick up. My daughter was so excited to have a Rapunzel cake for her birthday. My daughter picked out a picture of what she wanted, and Melisa delivered on my daughter’s vision. Not only was the cake beautiful, but the cake was super moist and had just the right touch of sweetness. I am a forever client!

We placed an order from out of state, after searching for someone to take an out of state order, even offering to pay fully up front, and no one but, The Sweet Box Charlotte, was happy to help us. Requesting an order was seamless and easy. Communication throughout was top notch. Days before we confirmed the order again, and final details. She was very accommodating with us traveling and pick up times. Our cakes were ready on time and looked so beautiful. She definitely put her hard work and effort into them and it showed. We chose cookies and cream for one of our flavors, and vanilla for the other. Both we flavorful, the cakes were moist and delicious. I would Definitely use her again and recommend her to family and friends.

Amazing ! The owner communicated well , was on time with my delivery and SO very patient and kind. She worked with me to make my dream cake come to life. I recently ordered several cake tins (red velvet, lemon and caramel) from The Sweet Box. My absolute favorite was the caramel. The cake tins were filled with caramel as well as had caramel drizzled on top of the icing and it was amazing. I have also ordered full sized red velvet cakes with cheesecake layers on two separate occasions and on both occasions I have been pleasantly surprised both by Melisa's cake decorating skills as well as the taste of her cakes. Melisa always does a wonderful job no matter what you ask her to bake or design.
