I placed a last minute order for a heart shaped birthday cake for my daughter. It was absolutely gorgeous. So beautiful that my daughter did not want to cut it. And not only was it beautiful, it tasted fantastic. Will definitely purchase from them again!!

I had a Butterfly theme birthday party planned for my daughter and ordered the cake and cupcakes with the same theme. The cake had a fantastic look 😍and awesome taste😍!! Our guests appreciated it!! I have even ordered customized cupcakes with sugar free and egg free for the school kids!! The kids loved them!! Thank you so much Melissa for being the part of our celebration!! Looking forward to order more😋

We loved our cake! It definitely exceeded our expectations for creativity, attention to detail, and wow factor. We described a theme and Melisa ran with it to create the most beautiful cake that brought the biggest smiles to our birthday boy! It was sturdy and in perfect condition after pick up. And it was delicious too. Melisa has a big heart and we can tell she makes these with love.

My daughter was so excited to have a Rapunzel cake for her birthday. My daughter picked out a picture of what she wanted, and Melisa delivered on my daughter’s vision. Not only was the cake beautiful, but the cake was super moist and had just the right touch of sweetness. I am a forever client!

We placed an order from out of state, after searching for someone to take an out of state order, even offering to pay fully up front, and no one but, The Sweet Box Charlotte, was happy to help us. Requesting an order was seamless and easy. Communication throughout was top notch. Days before we confirmed the order again, and final details. She was very accommodating with us traveling and pick up times. Our cakes were ready on time and looked so beautiful. She definitely put her hard work and effort into them and it showed. We chose cookies and cream for one of our flavors, and vanilla for the other. Both we flavorful, the cakes were moist and delicious. I would Definitely use her again and recommend her to family and friends.

The Sweet Box Charlotte is the perfect place to get your desserts! Melisa designed the cake for my 50th birthday party and it was amazing! Amazing in both taste and beauty! It was just as luxurious as the venue and decor. Her design details were more than I expected & top tier. She thought of every little detail and capture my vision perfectly. She is professional, responsive and timely. And most importantly the cake was delicious! I had 4 flavors and ALL of them were delicious. I absolutely recommend The Sweet Box Charlotte.

Melisa’s cakes are top tier. I sent her a photo of what I wanted and she out did herself. The cake flavor was lemon with a strawberry filling. It was delicious! The cake was beautiful and I will definitely order again!

Amazing ! The owner communicated well , was on time with my delivery and SO very patient and kind. She worked with me to make my dream cake come to life. Not to mention the cake itself was soft and FULL of flavor. Let’s not get started on the pricing, she should be charging WAY more for her cakes. This is my 3rd or 4th cake, and it is always so good! The flavor is always good and the cake is always moist. I send her a picture of what I'm looking for and she always kills it! I recently ordered several cake tins (red velvet, lemon and caramel) from The Sweet Box. My absolute favorite was the caramel. The cake tins were filled with caramel as well as had caramel drizzled on top of the icing and it was amazing. I have also ordered full sized red velvet cakes with cheesecake layers on two separate occasions and on both occasions I have been pleasantly surprised both by Melisa's cake decorating skills as well as the taste of her cakes. Melisa always does a wonderful job no matter what you ask her to bake or design.

Have purchased a cake for two years in a row and the service has been absolutely phenomenal! Received so many compliments on the cakes! Will always use your services again as my permanent treat vendor.
