We recommend placing custom orders at least 2 weeks in advance. Availability is limited and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Short-notice orders may be accepted depending on availability and may include a rush fee.
Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?
No. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date.
Your order is officially confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
Do you accept rush orders?
Rush orders may be accepted when our schedule allows.
Orders placed with 4–6 days’ notice are subject to a 15% rush fee. Orders placed with 2–3 days’ notice are subject to a 25% rush fee. Orders requested with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% rush fee and are accepted only for select designs and packages.
Large or highly detailed orders may require additional notice.
How much do I need to pay to reserve my order?
Orders under $100 require full payment at the time of booking.
Orders of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
Can you recreate an inspiration photo exactly?
Inspiration photos are welcome and are a wonderful way to communicate your preferred style, colors, and overall vision.
However, we do not copy other artist’s work exactly. Each order is designed individually, and handmade details may vary slightly.
Can I request custom colors, themes, or designs?
Yes. Custom colors, themes, and decorative details may be requested through the order form.
Some customizations may increase the final price depending on the complexity, materials, and time required.
Do you offer delivery?
Limited local delivery may be available for an additional fee based on distance and scheduling.
Delivery availability and pricing will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup details are provided after your order has been confirmed.
Pickup is scheduled by appointment within the Cypress/Fairfield, Texas area.
How should I transport my treats?
Treats should be transported in a cool, flat, and secure area of your vehicle.
We recommend placing the box on the floorboard rather than on a seat and keeping the vehicle cool before placing the treats inside. Please avoid direct sunlight, heat, and leaving treats in a parked vehicle.
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once it has been picked up.
How long will the treats stay fresh?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying your treats as close to the event date as possible.
Shelf life varies by item, storage conditions, and ingredients. Please follow the care instructions included with your order.
Can I make changes after my order is booked?
Small changes may be requested up to 7 days before pickup or delivery.
Major changes, quantity increases, or design revisions may affect pricing and are subject to availability. Changes requested within 7 days of the order date cannot be guaranteed.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable because your date is reserved specifically for your order.
Cancellations made before production begins may be eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. Once production has begun, all payments are non-refundable.
Please review our full ordering policies before submitting payment.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.
We want every client to feel confident ordering from The Sweet Atelier and will review genuine quality concerns carefully.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Our party packages are already priced to provide better value for larger quantities, particularly packages that include customizations.
Additional discounts are not generally offered for custom orders, as each item is individually handcrafted and decorated.
Are the decorations edible?
Most decorative elements are edible unless otherwise disclosed.
Some orders may include non-edible accents, such as toppers or decorative packaging. These should be removed before serving.
