Hi, I’m Inga, owner of The Swedish Loafer! I’m a trained pastry chef with decades of baking experience. My little micro bakery specializes in rustic small batch sourdough breads, sourdough sandwich loaves, cookies, and cinnamon rolls, with additional seasonal items during the holidays.

Porch pickups for most orders are Wednesdays and Fridays

Special orders can be arranged for other days.

Deliveries can also be arranged for a small fee.

$10 for DRIED SOURDOUGH STARTER (with directions to reconstitute it and start your own sourdough journey)

$10 for 1/2 cup of FRESH SOURDOUGH STARTER (with directions for care and usage)

$10 per 16 oz bag of white or whole wheat SOURDOUGH PIZZA DOUGH (ready to take and bake at home)

Most orders are Wednesday or Friday porch pickup at my home, but special arrangements can be made for delivery for a small fee (note on your order request)

50% deposit due upon order.

Balance is due upon pickup.
