🛒 ordering policies:

Custom orders require atleast a 1 weeks notice. Rush orders may be accepted but require full payment up front.

All orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date .

Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent.

If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of the invoice being sent your date will not be held, and will subject to not being avalible.

Full payment is due 3 days before scheduled delivery / pickup time.

Accepted payments: Apple pay, Cashapp, Venmo

🍪 Delivery & Pickup:

Orders are avaliable for pickup at an agreed upon Location.

Delivery will be available upon request. Anything futher then a 15 mile radius of Murfreesboro, will require a delivery fee depending on distance

❄️ Allergy & Storage notice:

Products may contain Allergens such as dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, nuts, and tree nuts.

All items should be consumed 1-2 days for best freshness.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions once the items leave our premises.

📄 Cancellation & refund polices:

Orders canceled more then 3 days in advance may trasfer deposit to a future order.

Orders canceled within 3 days of scheduled pickup will forfeit the deposit.

No refunds for completed items unless the issue is due to a varified fault on our part.

📸 Photos & Social media:

By placing an order you are agreeing to photos & videos of your order may be used on the website & social media platforms.

Legal & Licensing:

Operated under Tennessee cottage food laws.

Products are not subject to state inspection
