The Sugary’s Policy
⭐️All orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. Orders placed with less than a week’s notice will be considered rush orders and are subject to a $25 rush fee.
⭐️ A non-refundable deposit of $35–$45 is required to secure your order date and cover supplies/materials needed for your custom order.
⭐️Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of booking confirmation. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your order request will be canceled and must be resubmitted.
⭐️All payments, including deposits and final balances, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
⭐️Please provide an accurate pickup or delivery time. Late pickups may affect the quality and timing of other scheduled orders.
⭐️Once your order has been picked up or delivered and accepted, I am no longer responsible for any damages, mishandling, or issues that may occur afterward.

🧁For secure transportation of your cake, place it on the floorboard of your car. Other locations, such as holding it or placing it in the back seat, increase the risk of damage and void my responsibility.
