Dessert Agreement  

•Invoices are sent via Square, and a 3% credit card fee will be included for all purchases over $35.00. My Bakery Venmo will be attached to all invoices  if you would like to pay that way. There will be no fee for Vemmo. 

•A deposit of half is required for all orders.

•Full payment is required for orders needed in one week of placing your order. 

•Deposits and payments are non - refundable, and all sales are final. 

•If a circumstance arises where your order is no longer needed, a possible credit with The Sugared Magnolia Bakery, LLC will be issued on a case by case basis. 

•The Sugared Magnolia Bakery, LLC is not responsible for any damages, mishandling, etc. That may incure after your order is picked up or delivered.  

•All desserts should be kept in a cool place out of any direct heat or sunlight.  Refrigeration is highly recommended. All dessert specific care instructions will be attached to your invoice. 

•Unless specified at the time of ordering, there is always the possibility that ingredients can come in contact with items such as nuts, soy, dairy, cinnamon, etc. 

•Some desserts may contain decorations that are not edible. Please be mindful of these items. 

•The Sugared Magnolia Bakery, LLC reserves the right to use photographs of desserts for marketing purposes without any compensation to the customer.
