Why do you require a 10 day lead time?
My preference is a 10 day lead time so I can do my best to accommodate all orders. Cookie decorating is a multi step process and can take several days to complete. If an order is placed less than 7 days prior to pickup, a rush fee will be applied.
How early should I place a custom order?
Custom cookies are very popular! It’s always best practice to book early. Contact me as soon as possible so I can get you on the cookie calendar. To be placed on my calendar, payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice. Any changes to the order may be made up to seven days prior to scheduled pickup. Additional charges may incur.
What flavor are your sugar cookies?
I exclusively make vanilla flavored sugar cookies.
What type of icing do you use on your cookies?
I exclusively use vanilla Royal Icing.
How thick are you cookies?
All of my sugar cookies are rolled to 9mm thick before icing.
What size are your cookies?
Cookie size will depend on design, but typically size range is 3-4 inches. Holiday/Special Occasion presale sets can vary from “minis” 2 inch to “large” 4 inch. Always read the item description to see specified size.
Do you off delivery and/or shipping?
At this time, I do not offer delivery/shipping but it might be a service offered in the future. Due to Texas Cottage Food Laws I am not allowed to ship outside of the state of Texas.
Are orders final?
Prior to confirmation & payment, orders can be cancelled without penalty.
PreSale Holiday orders cancelled after payment will be refunded less 50% if cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled pickup date. If less then 2 weeks, no refund will be issued.
All custom orders are FINAL after order confirmation & payment.
