Welcome to the Strawberry Blonde Bakery! A little homegrown bakery named after my sweet daughter. I make small batch, gourmet cinnamon rolls with lots of love and sugar in every swirl. 🩷
I am a home based cottage baker. I offer pickup at my home or I can meet in Brownstown.

Signature Cinnamon Rolls
These are gooey, buttery rolls! The dough is made with fresh eggs and grass fed butter. I make the dough the night before and let it cold ferment in the fridge which helps develop a richer flavor. The filling is an aromatic blend of Marion Kay spices {saigon cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, coriander} as well as cocoa & espresso powder. I top them with a generous amount of brown sugar vanilla bean frosting. I finish them with a maple glaze drizzle and a sprinkle of chopped pecans!
