Minimum notice is 48 hours for small orders. Large orders require 4-5 days to ensure all ingredients and fermenting process.

Where do you get organic ingredients?
All dairy products, eggs, fruits, honey, and maple syrup are purchased from local farmers.
Bulk flours, grains, sugars, and syrups are ordered through local businesses offering organic products.
Natural food colorings and pure extracts are purchased through local businesses that offer them.
Dehydrated herbs are organically grown and prepackaged.
Water source is well water through an osmosis filtering system, tested by the county Department of Health.

No. Within the guidelines of NYS-AG and Markets, shipping is not acceptable.
