With 20+ years in the Restaurant industry my passion for bread and food began at a young age, with a simple starter and a quest for the perfect crust began The Sour Doe. What started as a hobby quickly blossomed into a full-fledged obsession with the alchemy of flour, water, and time.
At The Sour Doe, I believe in using only the finest ingredients – quality flours, pure water, and a whole lot of patience – to craft loaves that are as nourishing as they are delicious.
