How long will it take for my package to get here?
It takes 2-5 days. We use cubic shipping. The closer you are to Florida, the faster it will arrive.
Order minimum is for every order?
No, the order minimum is only for delivery and shipping services. Pickup does not have an order minimum.

How does the grab n' go work?
You grab whatever you'd like, add them all and pay cash in the cashbox or scan the codes to pay via PayPal or cashapp. There will be step by step instructions on the wall that can guide you and if you need more help, ring the doorbell and we will be right there. What's the difference between porch pickup and grab n' go?
Porch pickup is an order made specifically by and for a customer. You need a code in order to access that part of the cooler. Each bag/box is personalized with said customer's order and will have their name on it as well. These orders are normally prepaid.
Grab n' go is the other side of the cooler and will be unlocked. It works on a first come first serve basis and the items (not the flavors) will rotate every day. You pay for what you want at the cooler.
I would like a seasonal item but its out of season! How do I purchase?
Every item thats seasonal comes out in batches. We can arrange an order for an out of season item if you'd like an entire batch of it.
